I just got home from seeing this tonight and I gotta say, amazing film. It's all done in CGI and is all 3-D which really makes the film absolutely beautiful to watch. Lot's of action and great visuals. I highly reccomend you guys go check it out Friday. It'll be playing everywhere IN 3-D.

When I first saw the commercials, I thought cool looking but bad CGI. It wasn't until i watched the trailer for the 3rd or 4th time, that I realized that the whole thing was CGI.The Angelina Jolie parts look real.Pat

lol you get to see them in almost every movie she's in . not saying that's a bad thing at all but yeah in the trailer where she comes outa the water i thought was real but i'm still not a fan of "human cgi " as it still looks kinda fake to me . the face movements are alot like those new wrestling games which really throw me off . now i'm sure the backgrounds look amazing tho.mike,

Check it out if you have not read it.

Beowulf is a complete bore to me! Last time I read it was in Junior year english class. it's very hard to understand because it's translated from old english. I don't like it, but I realize it's important in setting the ground work for all that archetype for the hero story stuff going.I don't necessarily love CGI but at least movies like this give them a lot of practice. CGI will only get better from here.

I can assure you the movie it's self is anything but boring. LOTS of action.
