Loved both Planet Terror and Death Proof plus the fake trailers in between. I expected what I did out of them and they did not disappoint in the least for me.I can see why people don't care for Death Proof, especially after the awesomeness that is Planet Terror, but after watching it a few times on DVD, I've really found it to be quite an awesome movie. Tarantino's style isn't for everybody, but it certainly is for me.

I thought it was fairly obvious that Tarantino has no style and cribs his from every source he can get his hands on......from obscure Hong Kong movies down to forgotten 'grindhouse' movies........

skip through all the chapters of death proof until you get to were they tie the girl to the hood. only part worth watching, and probably one of the best car chases i've seen.

Both movies owned! Watching them in the theater was awesome.

ah...c'mon Larryyou thought theese were really that bad?they were fun...i take you probably bought them on dvd and i too would maybe be a little dissapointed with having to buy 2 seperate movies.,but if you saw them in the theatres you got your moneys worth. definatly worse stuff out there being made...but Trantino needs to stop messing around with theese side projects and make another feature film alreadybtw...i thought there were more than 2 trailers in the theaters?.....on the dvd's there's only 2

The way I see it, Grindhouse is a comedy film (or films), and it's a very enjoyable one.
