This was posted of late on the Horror Hockey Mask message board:

"Hey, I know a few of you folks are pissed about the wait and lack of info from me pertaining to your orders but please be patient a bit longer as I will be shipping all your orders very soon. I will be using the board as an update board for me to let you know whats going on with your masks, I\'ll try to update it weekly or biweekly with shipping info per zipcode, any delays, etc. Currently the biggest delay is the adjustable straps several of you requested but they should be in very soon. As a mask collector myself i honestly understand how shitty it is to send your order for something and then have to wait, sometimes a really unusually long time, but as a maskmaker i also understand how easy it is to tell a customer that their mask will be shipping in 3 weeks, it seems to go by in the blink of an eye for me and your mask has still not shipped, trust me im working on a way to fix my ship times on everything. I myself have been ripped off for about $600.00 a long time ago by the infamous MMP and i have absolutely no intentions of doing this to anyone! Also the best way to contact me is by email and when sending an email please type the subject MASK ORDER in all caps, I get about 900 spam emails daily and its really easy to delete a customer email when I\'m clicking away at the junk email. Also give me a few days to reply and i promise to get back to you.
    Thanks,
    Joe/HHM"

I also received this letter from Joe:

"Hey, the site is still running I\'m just too busy with work and catching up on
long overdue backorders, I\'m actually thinking of closing the site down
temporarily until i can get caught up. Ebay is just a really good way for me
to control my orders and make a little extra money for supplies.
    Thanks man,
    Joe"

Looks like progress over at HHM. Can\'t wait for him to get the Oliver undermasks out.

Joe sells on Ebay? If so, I\'d bid on his masks.... Anyone know what his Ebay name is? I wanna see if he has any auctions up.

Do you know how many times joe has posted something similar to that, and still nobody recieved thier mask??
"all masks will ship in two weeks"
"all masks will be shipped by october 28th"
    "I\'m moving"
    "my helper quit"
    "I\'ve been working overtime"
"I can\'t find parts for buckles"
"I\'m making a free mask for everyone who has been waiting a long time"

Not that these are all lies (most of the time the lies and false promises were e-mailed to me directly) I am just saying DO NOT believe everything you hear from Joe. Take it from me, I was the only guy sticking up for him for a looong time, until I realized I was being played for a fool.

"its really easy to delete a customer email "
...this is the only one I KNOW FOR A FACT is not a lie!!

he is selling alex olivers blanks on e-bay (probably because he doesn\'t know how to paint them) I don\'t know his user ID, but it will say he is from KY. He keeps it private because he promised one of his customers the first mask and then he went and put it up on e-bay.

Wow, this dude really sounds like a dick. I\'ve emaile dhim in the past before, wanting the part 4 undermask he made. He never responded. But, why run a buisness liek that if your not even going to respond to customers and just take their money and run? I say HHM should be boycotted... or something....

Put your hands together for good (for nothing) ol\' Joe.
I\'m betting that he would much rather have his dissapointed customers come to his house and talk to him in person.

That and get some phucking angry customer phone calls. With his phone ringing off the hook he may be a little apprehensive to screw people over any more.
