Thanks a lot, everyone! <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"biggrin.gif\" /> I will definitely try to make 'em available if the mold works out fine. Also, concerning accuracy...Let me go ahead and clarify what I used as reference material on this piece:1.) Aaron's 2nd/3rd gen stunt mask recast (for face, neck, ears, and ax mark).2.) Sculpture and mask images that appeared in the CLM book (for hydrocephalic bone structure, depth perception, and closed mouth placement).3.) Behind the scenes images of Ted White in the original stunt masks (for neck and ears).4.) The "machete-to-chest" prop dummy, to a large extent (mostly just the huge, clear, pan-up image from the F13 box set's "Killer Extras" disc, and behind-the-scenes images for shoulder size and head shape).5.) Various Mangler copies (for ax mark and forehead wrinkles).6.) Screen caps of White in makeup. (STRICTLY for the shapes and designs on the back of his head. I am convinced that the prosthetics were made from a slightly altered and sharpened version of this design, because the stunt masks and dummies appear to have very little detailing on the back of their heads. Because of this, I chose to replicate the prosthetics' design instead. I think it gives Jason a whole lot more character.)7.) Believe it or not, I even used one picture of Justin's new Part 4 mask to help me match some of the head's rear detailing more accurately to the screen caps, since I only had like 5 useful screen caps from the "reveal" scene. (Justin, I hope you're all right with that...I tried really hard NOT to directly copy your work, but instead use it as reference for size and placement of details I'd already found in images of the real deal.)Thanks again, everyone!Cheers,Ryan

Any plans on making a full-sized version?<!--QuoteEnd
<!--QuoteEEndSorry, didn't see your post before I hit enter on the last one! Thanks a lot, man. Considering my current money restrictions (car insurance + car payment = suck) and fear of adapting to full-sized pieces, I doubt that will happen any time soon. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"Sad\" border=\"0\" alt=\"sad.gif\" /> I do want to make a full-size sculpture one day, but I sincerely doubt that it will be this same design.Cheers,Ryan

Great work Ryan! i really love it when a sculpt artist pays so much attention/research into the very fine detailwork of the sculpt.and that piece looks great. very nice job. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" />

Perhaps one project to consider in the future is creating the skull underneath, and then slipping a soft version (latex? silicone?) over it? That'd make this one of the most awesome dummies ever! Or perhaps expanding it simply to the size of the mini hockeymasks?Ah, I guess I'm thinking too much...I can't stop coming back to this thread, very nice work!Joe

That's a comparison I can fully relate to...In fact, I'll re-live that feeling tomorrow night...I'm gonna have to throw our New Year's celebration one day late because today was the 3rd anniversary of my girlfriend and I. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"biggrin.gif\" />Darren: HEY! I can't help it! haha. If something looks wrong to me before molding, it's gonna be fixed. My anal attitude has got me this far, so certainly I don't want to give up on the tiniest of details now. Remember, Crash will only be satisfied with a *perfect* milk-chocolate casting...WinkJoe: You never know how I'll feel later on, man. I wouldn't replicate this same design again, but it would be a damn cool idea to make like, a resin skeleton to fit underneath a semi-thin latex casting that includes a glass eye and some screen-accurate teeth...That's far too much work right now, though. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"Tongue\" border=\"0\" alt=\"tongue.gif\" /> hehe. Thanks again for the compliments, everyone!Cheers,Ryan

I'm sorry Ryan, but I couldn't help but notice something wrong with your sculpture. It is horrible flawed, I hate to say, and you may need to redo the whole thing.See what I mean? I circled the flaw in black.
