Screen Cap Program

Does anyones know of a free screen cap program for a mac, I just can't stand googleing anymore for sub par photos. Any help would be great! Take care,Hector

IF you download VLC player for mac, you play your DVD's through that and it allows for screenshots to be made during DVD playback.I hope that can help you out.
