That poster is actually a fan poster and not an official release by the studio. It was first mentioned at www.scream-trilogy.net last week. The posters that Wes and the Scream 4 Twitter account are giving away are the teaser poster with just the ghostface displayed.

they got the name placement wrong...neve is in the middle while courtney is on the left with david cox arquette on the bottom and david on the right with his wife's name underneath.....other than that sweet poster........i wonder what are the new rules for the film...
