Odd Sign In Problem

Hi guys. When i try to sign in the box where i type my user id stays blank as i type. Then it redirects my to login fail page and i have to resign in. This happens every time. I have even tryed copying and pasting my info to make dure there are no typo\'s. Is this happening to anyone else?
