This is only my 2nd sculpt of a mask i\'ve done so it\'s nowhere close to you guys but i\'m happy with how it\'s coming along so far . I just started yesturday so it\'s still very rough . I wanted to get the overall size and shape of him first before I go in with detailing . It\'ll be a full latex bust similar to how Justins From Hell was . Hope you guys like it so far and i\'ll be more than happy to post updates if you guys want . I was also thinking of the name " Hell Doesn\'t Even Want Him " . That sound good ?

Very cool brother. The shape seems to be coming along very well. Nice work!!
I would try a shorter name though like "hells reject" something on those lines, can\'t wait to see him all finished.
Any plans for a face on him or are you just going with the hok?

I\'m gonna have it just be the Hockey Mask so it gives a little bit of a change in things from the last few JGTH masks where they have a face or a hood . I never did care for them because if you bought one and had a Hockey Mask or needed one , it would have to be specially cut to fit the mask or it would look weird . So I went with Justins idea on his From Hell and just making the whole thing a 1 piece . I did alot more work on him last night so it\'s coming along nicely . I\'ll try to show you some updates . Glad you like it Mike . Maybe add one to your awesome collection someday ? lol

Looks good so far man! Not a big JGTH fan myself, but I know plenty of people still enjoy it. I think you\'re putting together a nice piece though!

Very nice. I like it so far! And I also agree with making it one piece.

It happened when I was trying to seperate the 2 parts . For some reason it got locked and I wasn\'t able to pry it open without damaging the mold . But looking at it now , the front half is still good from what I can see . So I might try to re-sculpt the back part and re-mold the back to see if I can save it . Oh and for anyone that has said the dulling spray works better than gloss was wrong lol . The matte spray caused the first layer of plaster to bead up . Oh well , no biggie . At least this will keep me busy a little longer .

Mike - matte spray is NOT dulling spray. Krylon dulling spray is not paint. It\'s a waxy feeling spray used for spraying on glossy photos to take the shine off. It works as mold release so the gloss coat you seal the sculpture with doesnt stick to the plaster (which causes thin spots in pulls). Some say it slso stops ultracal30 from beading up but i have never experienced that. Ultracal30 brads up and you have to "chase it". That\'s just the way it is.
