    Will the ears be hollow? If so, can you use that spray foam in them to make them more "Hard" Wink

    Here is the 1st pull. The latex is reinforced with burlap in some areas for ear support. I think Im going to switch to faom.

    Just one thing i\'d love to see on this...

    Screened eyes.. like yer fiberglass ones
