    Hey guys,

    Im sorry if i sound like another board member Wink , but its really bothering me!! I want to know what tape i should use to make the triangles on a hockey. the paint always goes through when i use masking tape. what type of tape should i use? I want straight edges!!

    Just use regular scotch tape. I always do and the arrows turn out straight as...well...arrows!

    Yeah, I\'ve used scotch tape and it worked just fine. Just make sure you rub it well with your fingers so that it sticks nicely to the mask before applying the paint. I\'ve also used electrical tape and it actually turned out better.

    I actually like masking tape, gives the edges that slightly uneven look.

    I would use masking tape for a part 7 or a part 9. make it looks really battle damaged and rugged. the scotch tape worked for me.
