So, youre telling me that he got himself a FS, got some clay and sculpted a Hockey Mask with the FS next to him for reference?

Thats how that story goes, but honestly with all my time spent on the set of part 3 I just can\'t remember what exactly mr. Becker did.Tongue

Man, you\'d think if you were on set, you could at least remember something that important... Where\'s your head at Steve??

I fail to see the logic in that. Why not use the FS as a buck. The part 3 looks like he did just that. With the edges flared out and the holes not as pronounced. Besides, if he was using the FS as a reference why not get as close as he could to matching it instead of flaring the edges?
To me, the part 3 looks as though there was a FS underneath when the pull was made.... Or am I an idiot?
    Dont answer that!

Mark, I totally see what you are saying. I think we may never know the truth. Everything is just a guesstimate based off story\'s and legends and people comparing. It would seem to me that paying someone to sculpture or resculpt the mask would be illogical (to the experts on this board, maybe they did maybe they didn\'t), they didn\'t know at the time it was to become iconic or ever be used again.
