hey guys,

i got an email several days ago from sideshow saying there were expecting the books in at any time and would be charging my card in the next 72 hours. well, i havent heard anything from them since and my card has not been charged yet. I was just wondering if anyone else has heard anything lately?

are you guys talking about crystal lake memories? if so its going to be pretty hard to get. i have called all the barnes and noble bookstores in the dallas area and they arent getting it. i also went to books a million and they told me the same thing.

Due to an unforeseen level of demand for Crystal Lake Memories: The Complete History of Friday the 13th, we previoiusly announced a postponement of the book\'s original retail street date of October 24, 2005. Demand has far exceeded our production capacity, and we have already sold out of our initial production run. Consequently, the book will now be available through traditional retail outlets and online retailers nationwide beginning November 21, 2005. While we apologize for any disappointment this may cause all those eagerly awaiting the book, the change in street date is essential in order to ensure that our next production cycle meets only the highest standard of quality possible.
If you have pre-ordered your copy of the book via an online or retail outlet, please contact them for an update on their expected delivery date. We thank you for your consideration.

well, the one from sideshow i ordered is an exclusive...silver edition...autoed by sean cunningham and the writer...and comes with a anniversary key chain....but i am still wondering why i havent been charged for it yet
