I agree with Indica. Also I recally can\'t see how someone could even compare Hostel to a movie like saw. Saw is probably the most overrated horror flick I\'ve seen in recent years, horribly written, painful dialogue, crap story and some of the worst acting I\'ve seen.
Roth crafted his film in similiar fashion to Takashi Mike\'s The Audition, it starts off like its a comedy then suddenly you\'re thrown into a nightmare. He made you care for the characters then he killed them, thats the sign of a good director.
