As for the outsourcing, that\'s the problem. I 100% refuse to pay more to some company(Sameday Rightaway) to get my mask that was already paid for. If UPS had even contacted me to let me know they couldn\'t deliver it, I would have driven wherever to get it at the UPS outlet. But they don\'t even offer you a choice. And as for the refund thing you mentioned, I\'m still waiting on a refund for a parcel they lost last month. They delivered an empty shipping tube to the guy.... :down:

I hear you brother, it does suck that you have to pay in addition to the price for the mask but I am sure that this particular mask will be worth your troubles man!
