Congrats man! Looks like a nice pad! My wife and i bought our first house a little over a year and a half ago and it\'s been great. Our\'s was much older than yours so we have been doing some extensive remodeling ourselves...knocking out walls, ripping up floors, tearing out cabinets, etc...all stuff we didn\'t have to do necessarily, but to get the look we wanted, we had to. It\'s a lot of work but quite rewarding. It looks like yours doesn\'t need any work which is great. It\'s a good feelign to own something. We were sick of paying rent...and not being able to modify our space. teh best part about moving in was actually putting some color on the walls!
