Hello all...
I just got back from a weekend of filming...I was in a commercial for beer, but none was to be seen at the shoot
anyway I was wearing 70lbs of platemail...doing battle scenes for 13 hours....beat the crap out of me....I drank 8 bottles of water...big ones...and at the end of it...I could barely get the junk off of me...still a bit knackered today, but Im fuctional .Im not an actor, and never wanted, nor do I want to be one,I have however developed a healthy respect for actors who take physical roles....take,, after take after take...it gets fairly irksome. My friend is a blacksmith and the crew needed another large male to be kitted out, that and I own most of the armour due to bartering with Robb (said blacksmith) so I was opted in!

Oh yeah, also enclosed, I got me toe a bit buggered in a fight scene..it popped out between the hinges on me sollerets..and I didnt even realise...only when I woke up this morning it was like this.....actually has deeped in colour since, so I thought Id take a few snaps for reference...dosent hurt that much funnily enough!
