Need Help On Un-deforming A Mask

I\'d go with the hair dryer too. Just don\'t keep it on one spot for too long, just wave it back and forth in the general area that needs to be fixed, till it is soft and pliable, then when you have the right shape you want, quickly run it under cold water to "snap" it into place. I\'ve done this with vinyl model (and some resin) kits, and it works great.
