Regarding the lower ringlets, it depends which promo stills you look at.

Index finger - clearly present in some shots, clearly missing in others
Middle finger - clearly missing in many shots
Ring finger - difficult to say
Pinky finger - difficult to say

Attached is a promo photo from Part 2 in which it appears the lower index, ring, and pinky ringlets are all present.

Right... but I could only make one version. So, I decided to go with the one where it appears that all 4 were cut off. They were cut off eventually anyway. My standard glove will have all four ringlets and I can cut them off if requested by the buyer. Just thought I'd see what the glove would be like without the lower ringlets. Ultimately, when I sold it, the buyer requested that I re-solder the index ringlet.. so I did.
