I got an 18 inch McFarlane Movie Maniacs Freddy off eBay a while back, and a couple of the blades broke off. A couple of the blades on his glove broke off. So, I have been thinking of removing all the blades and replacing them with some that are more accurate to the part 1 glove since I think the figure is based on part 1. The down side is, I'm not sure what to make the new blade sout of. I'd like to use plastic that is flexible and won't break if the figure should fall over or heaven forbid my son got a hold of it. Any feedback there? While I'm asking, what would be the best way to cust some clean grooves in the tops of the fingers to put the blades into? I figure with the blades being that small, they will need to be in the fingers somewhat to guarantee they stay put......I think a total repaint may be a good idea as well. Who's
really good at painting things that scale?
