Erich is one of the pillars in this community, great guy, fantastic artist. I've only had good dealings with him, and have had some great chats with him! The thing I think get's most people, what B47 touched on, the 'it'll be done soon' line. It's tough, I've got that many times myself, and being (somewhat) an artist, making pieces I've given that line to people too. It's an easy place holder basically, not saying it's right, or excusing it, but when the people with good reps say that, they actually do mean it. Sometimes though pieces take longer then expected, things come up in life, what ever the reason is for not having it done is usually out of that person's hands. I'm not trying to speak for Erich, or any other artist, just maybe give an insight into the classic line
