This is really cool thread.As a maker I’ve learned 2 important things,1) Competition is a good thing. Don't treat your competitors like they're your enemies, they just want to do their thing just like you. Competition forces makers to out do each other by putting out better products and services. Fans reap the benefits of being able to buy higher quality products and makers get to improve their skills.2) Don't keep your customers waiting on an order. Whether you make the greatest masks or not, if you can't ship an order on time your customers won’t be returning customers. Thankfully collectors are understanding when it comes to delays in the business but you can't take advantage of a customers patience and keep them waiting months or even years on an order.And of coarse there’s respect, most important of all. There’s a person on the other end of that computer. Threat people as you would like to be treated, treat people with respect and it will be returned to you.Jeff-
