Slipknot German Clown Mask

Does anyone out there have info on this original mask? It's the one that started the whole mask craze w/ Slipknot worn by Shawn C. Who was the manufacturer, etc? I've been trying to pick up an original or replica so if you have either of the two for sale, please shoot me a PM. I'm not a huge slipknot fan, but love this mask! Darrell at VXX made a nice replica for a while, but the mold no longer exists.
