Hatchet Rules! I have seen it. Total throw back to '80s slasher films. Very fun and yes it is kinda like a new Jason character but more imbred. Brutal and campy as hell. I loved every minute of it. Stars Joel Moore from Grandma's Boy the geeky programmer who wants to be a robot. Also stars Deon Richmond the token black guy from Not Another Teen Movie. So you can see that it has a funny cast that = campy slasher gory goodness.
