i worked in customer service for many many years. There are just those times when you have been dealing with idiotic questions all day long, whiny ass kids, and just plain mean ass people that sometimes you want to snap.....but........you do not snap....that is what customer service is about....if you cannot handle the job....then you do not need to be working there.Tommybut its a federal job. That means great benefits, pretty damn good pay, and all the flipping holidays off that you could imagine...
