man, your doing a great job for sure, but look a bit closer at your reference photo you posted... there is a very light bit of purple shading around his eyes that you missed. If you add that I think it will take away from the "ghostly" look he has right now.. just a bit too white. also, you can break up that solid green hair with some fine brown detailing... maybe with a #0 brush in the recess, or even try with an airbrush and a wipe after the spray... Jokers hair was not solid green. Also, his clothing looks a bit shiny. maybe its just the photos, but if they are that shiny in person I would matte them down some. The only part of his clothing that was shiny was his tie I think.... add a bit of shading under his collar and in the folds of the fabric and that will make a big difference. Please, do not take these suggestions the wrong way.
