you dont need to widen the forehead try to make the features smaller, bring the cheekbones and the eyebrow ridge inmake the neck alittle bigger, it would be easier to not sculpt in the worms this way you can defing the facial features first.you can sculpt them back in later ive seen people use fishing lewer pieces, hot melt vinyl etc
