for the knees.....kneepads...the volleyball kind work great...and for an exposed shin...a soccer shin guard. Just do what you did with the arms in respect to the latex and whatnot. If you want to have bone exposed, just buy a ping pong ball or something similar, cut it down to how big you want the exposed bone knob to be...and fix it onto the kneepad....same thing with the shin guard, just use a different shape of plastic. Then it will just be a matter of you strapping them on and putting on your pants.take care,Tommy
