I'm sorta pissed that they're remaking Near Dark. Bill Paxton is perfect in that movie.As for some movies I don't ever want remade:Evil Dead I/IIExorcistDead AliveBad TasteBasketcaseLeprachaunOriginal Tales from the KryptFunhousePeople Under the Stairs (favorite black comedy)Night of the CreepsI would like to see a remake of My Bloody Valentine. I really love this movie, but unless an uncut version is released, it needs to be remade while the MPAA is a little more laxed in their ratings. Also, the remake of Child's Play should be good, especially with the advancements in animatronics. But I hope it's not tongue in cheek like Bride and Seed.And when I first saw Del Toro as the Wolfman, I got a big grin because Baker's design is awesome.
