The fastest and strongest glue is CONTACT CEMENT. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS on the contact cement can.. ONLY use it outdoors because of the dangerous fumes. use DAP brand in the metal can. apply the glue to both parts of latex that you want to bond and let it air dry for about 10-15 min.. then once both parts are sticky put them together and leave overnight.Chris
