Not from experience, but from what I understand, you want an armature that's going to best represent the end wearer of the masks. From overall head size, to double chins, etc. If you can fit a "sloppy" head, and still look good, then you're golden. If you can only fit an emancipated child, then your clients are going to have issues, unless they happen to be emancipated children.. in which case, you'll be considered a god to those few. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"
\" border=\"0\" alt=\"smile.gif\" />As a mask buyer myself, I have a large 25" melon and though I don't have a double chin, I don't have a tight one either. I always have to check with the mask maker to see if something's gonna' fit, and/or if I can arrange for a return. My experiences have generally been poor because folks build for smaller, more average sized heads, unless the maker happens to have a large melon too, and builds to his own head size.
