The girl is probably playing you both. His comment about calling the cops (he had your phonenumber? or she supplied it to him), and her comment about not wanting to get into it with her bf, means that it's possible that she told him you forced her, or pushed really hard at least, to make herself look good.Stay the hell away from anyone who even LOOKS like they would say that to someone. She could say "hey, he raped me" and you're done. I mean DONE done..I have a friend who got convicted of attempted rape on an underaged girl just because he waved to her every morning as he walked home from work. 5 years later she finally explained that it hadn't happened. This was after he ended up with a divorce from a wife who no longer trusted him, lost his job at UPS, and was branded a sex offender. His firends and the families friends wanted nothing to do with him. He still lived with his wife for a bit afterwards, because no one could afford to move out. The state found out and made his daughter a ward of the state. Stating that her mother was recklessly endangering her daughter by sometimes leaving her alone in the care of a known sex offender while she went to work.In order to appease the New Hamphire legal system the wife and daughter came down to Florida and lived with me at my house with my wife rent-free for the first 6 months in our tiny little place. She was required by law to go to regular counselling and stuff as a suspected sex crime victim if she wanted to keep her daugher. During that time, she convinced my wife that she needed to be single again too, so they could get out and play the field together like they did back in High School, and so I got booted out of my home, away from my stepson. When the girl finally came clean, all the damage had been done, and the only thing that went back to normal was that the "sex offender" label was dropped. Now if he wants to see his own daughter, he has to save up for a trip to Florida to see her for a week or so.All he did was wave. When a girl like that get's into your life, you just gotta say HELL no and get as far away as possible. These days a girl of any age can say "rape" after any "encounter" wth any dude they meet, and it's an instant arrest. With underage, it's much worse because everyone thinks they know what you did, and you're life will never be the same, even if they "come clean" you'll always be thought of as an offender. It's scary stuff, don't ignore it.. just get away, and wish that other dude good luck.
