Hey guys, I see that alot of you older, and wiser sculptors tend to use soft clay to sculpt a bust and then cast from that. A good example is the new Remake from bob @ Mmfx and from what I have seen Jon fuller always uses soft clay as well. my question is: how is it possible to make a good cast using soft clay since soft clay doesn't keep its shape very well and wouldnt the soft clay warp when you lay it down to cast, any help would be very much appreciated, thanks.
