Thanks guys and I am glad that I am not the only one who thinks that way. The link the other gentleman posted is a great way to get something done if you can get a group of people together to do something about this issue but I am not sure how that would work in this case since the TS is located in the UK I believe?As I said, I've been ripped off more than I can count and I took all kinds of routes to try and recoup some of my money, i.e. Better Business Bureau etc. (what a farce that is). Most of the times you are just wasting your energy unless you are willing to take somebody to court.That's also one of the reasons why I stopped purchasing masks that are not already made and ready to ship. It saves you a ton of trouble and maybe it will show some of these mask makers that keeping at least a small amount of inventory is the way to run a professional business and that we as fans and followers of this hobby won't stand for getting the run around. Who in this hobby wasn't told at least once that there mask will ship within the next few days only to wait at least another three month? THAT is unacceptable.
