It won't look too much different though.. just a couple of minor adjustments. As for the fingers, I think I finally nailed it. The blades on the fingertips are for my current glove so they are about 1/2" longer than the new blades that will come with it. The soldering post is also a tad too long for these fingertips because the metals finger parts don't extend as fully as I want since the blade hits the finger colum a bit too early. I also have to reposition the pinky ringlets. That pinky finger can sure be a pain to get right. I'l also really pleased with the coloring. I finally found a consistent method that works every time and also maintains the color in sunlight. Of course, as with any patina, if you let it sit in the sun way too long, the metal will get very got and thus possibly cause the patina to reactivate. But it shouldn't get too much darker if that did happen. So.. I'm very happy with the result.
