Flat out murder.<!--QuoteEnd</div><!--QuoteEEndI would have to agree with that - the guy was saying "stop that" and "i dont want to fight" however he did keep fighting and was trying to throw punches and kicks which means he was engaging and not turning his back and trying to get away that being said i think if someone was to look at this from a legal standpoint the conclusion would be that it was a match that was acceptable behavior until the one opponent was unable to fight back - at that time it became murder or attempted murder - and dragging the guy out back just proves that these jerk offs should be tried for such a crime because they obviously had a plan to take this guy out.
