From what I gather, Justin trys to pick Mods based on a couple things, Character, composure and someone who frequents the site regularly. Those qualities should rise above a moderate post count number orsomeone only having a year or two in. Like many other Mods, I'm on here a few times through out the day, everyday, have been long before I became a Mod because I love this forum,It's my home, not because I have to, but because I want to. I'm sure that can be said for the other Mods as well. This is Justin's place of business and from what I can see; assembled a Mod team all around that cares, looks out for the forum, it's members and free's up some of his time so he can concentrate on the orders, new masks, new catalog etc...From what I have seen and heard, Donnie is a great guy, and he deserves a fair shot.
