Need Some Advice Please

I've actually had on two separate occasions were it said delivered, but not delivered to me and/or the other parties.One of the situations The mail carrier marked delivered on package prior to physically bringing it to the house,only to forget to actually deliver it, then re-delivered it to the wrong house on top of it all.So, ya, I feel that anything is possible now a days. Like stated, hang tight until the uspslook into it and gets back with ya. ~Jonny
