I think an important aspect to study is the geometry of the face. I learned in my life drawing classes in college that there are certain points that generally will always line up on everyone's face: The edges of the mouth should align somewhere around the inside of the iris, the edges of the nostrils should align with the inside points of the eyes, and if you make a box touching top of the head to chin, and side to side, you should be able to make a pentagram on the face. The lines from the top center should cross the bottom of 'hinge' of the jaw, coming back up cross another angle in the jaw, and finally the horizontal line should run from the tops of the ears across the brow line. Also, if you take a point from the center of the bottom lip, to the outermost part of the side of the head, it should cross the outer edge of the eye. These are all things I'm sure you can discover for yourself by looking at them. Just thought it might help you in your sculpture. (hope it doesn't stress you out when you see how some things don't align hehe)Here are some simple reference pics for you:[attachment=32355:Book_Fac...Geometry.jpg][attachment=32356
