I have all of bump in the nights killer klowns and there a pretty decent thickness for being mass produced. I have seen much worse. What i do is put them on a foam head and stuff them tight with teddy bear stuffing. To hide the cuts i buy thin fabric that matches the coler around the cuts nad just push it in behind them.
