But as the seller it is your job to know what your selling, if you let him knock you down because he said he researched it and you just accepted that then it's really your own fault for not researching into more yourself. and if it was sold as a hero screen used or whatever isn't he within his rights to title it as that ? I think there's a lot of people on the forums who would love to own some of the peices you guys can afford and to see all this crap going on and calling each other liars really is a shame to know that some great props are in the hands of people who can't act like grown up's <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/teehee.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":teehee:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"teehee.gif\" /> you got burnt on the price mate <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/confused.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"confused.gif\" /> thats bad news but you didn't have to sell it if you was unhappy with that.is Mario a liar ? don't know dont care, but I honestly can't say he's done anything wrong here other than buy something from you at a better price than you originaly asked for. this forum has a feedback forum for sales so this could really all be said in their if you feel you had a bad experience with the transaction.<!--QuoteEnd</div><!--QuoteEEndwow. Now i know why Mario continues to behave the way he does, and why he does what he does. People continue to give him a pass. It's completely your right to do so, but at the detriment to the hobby (replica AND screen-used). I am not suggesting it is not my job to know what i have, but regardless of what I said, he swore UP AND DOWN that I was wrong. This is not about the money. It's about the principle of what he did. And no, he doesn';t have the right to post it as something just because it was sold that way lol. That is not how it works. In the world of "screen-used", it is important to preserve the correct history of an item. Mario has blatenly dis-regarded that. You are very quick to point out what i SHOULD have done, and what I SHOULD have known, but Mario walks away with a pass, as now it's totally ok for him to say it's whatever he wants it to be because I (according to you) made a mistake. That statement does not make any sense. So let me ask you this,.....if I own a fake "Mona Lisa", and sell it for 20 million dollars but I tell someone it's real, does that mean that they now have the right to say it's real, because I sold it as such lol??? Im sorry, it doesn't work that way. You can say whatever you want about the way I handled the deal, which I still do not believe I did anything inappropriate or incorrect (I laid it out, he asked for photos and said he wanted to do his own research, so I let him), and when he argued the fact that it was not screen-used, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Weather or not he screwed me is secondary. The PRIMARY problem here is the fact that he now has an item on his website, CLEARLY A BACK-UP, but advertised as screen-used. He knows it's not screen-used, but advertised it that way anyway. And you have NO problem with that?? All I can really say is wow!Rich
