I saw this on Friday night. I went in not expecting to like it at all since I'm such a huge fan of the originals. But I have to say that I was surprised by how awesome it was and I loved it. My friends were baffled when I told them how good I thought it was. They assumed I would hate it because of my love for the originals, lol. The only thing that bugged me was the coming out of the bedroom wall animation. The original was so much better/creepier in that scene.That said, I hated, HATED, the Halloween remakes, and the TCM remake didn't do much for me. So I feel like they did something right here.
