So they're remaking the Karate Kid and I'm sure most of you have already seen the previews for it. In the main trailer they've been playing on tv, Jackie Chan tells Will Smith'sson (the main kid in the movie) that he will teach him Kung Fu. Now, forgive me if I sound ignorant, but aren't Kung Fu and Karate fairly different? I'm completely oblivious to martial arts, so I was just confused as to why they would entitle the movie "Karate Kid" if they are actually going to portray Kung Fu. (if there is a difference, that is...)Perhaps my man Kaizu could enlighten me?
