I know you say it's real but I have my suspitions ?????
the guy would have surly been more wired up than this and blood filling his lungs also some kind of bracing to hold him as he would have broken his neck and back for sure too

I just think for a guy to have a head that looks like he has no skull inside thier he would have been given a traciotomy ( can't spell that for Sheep lol , neck slit and pipe puched in their to aid his breathing )
theirs know way the guy has made it to the hospital in this video breathing with out help like he is in the video ?
I might be wrong but I find it pretty hard to believe he'd even survive that with out then having the ability to to breath for himself ?
and where has his hat gone ?
