Thanks for the comments guys. Here are some updated pics, i made the head and mouth area larger and worked on the eyes and neck area.

Robocop i added some clay to the snout, but i didn't like the profile, it stuck out too far. I am going to stick with the cartoons for that section.

Mike i am going to do real cloth with this piece. I tested the idea with an old rag.
