I'm not too sure about counting on a wait list for Exclusives anymore. SS's policy now is a deposit of $30 for ordering Exclusives so the buyer is dedicated to the piece right out of the gate and this discourages canceling down the road. What a waste of $30 to back out later and with money still being so tight in our economy, I doubt there will be more than a few people willing to throw $30 into the trash and canceling on this Jason Exclusive (or any exclusives in, at least, the near future).
But the Regular version is very nice and worth getting. In fact, the left hand pose is better on the Regular version (holding the axe) then the "Oh, you're jusss thilly!" left hand pose of the Exclusive.
I have a couple of "Switch-heads" Exclusives and find myself never really getting tired of what's displayed and wanting to change out the heads. It's nice to have that option but certainly not necessary.
Glad you got in on the Regular version, Evil. In my experience in buying these things they almost ALWAYS look so much better in person than SS's product pics. My Pumpkinhead Maquette is a prime example.
LOL! thanks man, that was my thought process exactly. if i happen to get one, cool. if not i still have the regular version. if i get both, even better. keep your fingers and toes crossed for me.
