looking at the condition of this mask compared to a lot of the stuff I've seen Tom work his magic on I'd say it's not going to be a problem for him 
the bonus is it's pretty much compete so it's hopefully just a case of getting the shape back to how it should be and fixing it to a perminant display head to keep it safe and in good shape for years to come.
you could also go down the road of getting Tom sculpt you a custom head for underneath the mask and get those lovely teeth showing
