Can't Access M-M.net

Good suggestions so far! I\'m an IT tech for a living, so I figured I should chime in.

If you can\'t ping the site, it won\'t matter what browser you try to use as the ping command is not browser specific.  
Do this...open a command prompt and type the following:

tracert 184.154.88.178
(A traceroute to MM.net\'s IP address should show you where the disconnect is happening between your computer\'s network card and their server)

and/or you can click this link and copy/paste the results here:

.Same here as well. Didn\'t want to get into the more complex things like tracert, ipconfigs etc as most savy users would have a hard time understanding what they are looking at. And with it most likely being a down router in the hop bet him and mm.net or a DNS issue not much that can be done from his end.I did suggest trying a diff browser as when i use IE i have connection issues all the time with FB and a couple other sites but never with FF. IE seems real buggy the last few months, at least for me.Take care.~Jonny
