Her mom then called 911 and they shocked her twice but couldn\'t bring her backthat is so sad, those are classic signs of a heart attack. pain in your chest radiating into your arms, lower back or anywhere is a huge red flag. i have been a paramedic for 14 years and if you, your relatives or friends have these signs and symptoms, please call 911. it is nothing to mess around with.. I just can\'t imagine how her mom feels as she had to watch her daughter die like that .
