Silicone is about as far away from latex as you can get lol because latex is a natural material it breaks down over time and reacts to certain chemicals and properties like oil very badly. With masks, it will also lose shape if not properly stored, and break down quicker if some kind of drying powder isn\'t used on the inside. Silicone however has none of these failings because it is 100% man made, so it will never breakdown, doesn\'t react to oils or most harsh chemicals, and will never lose the shape it dried in. You could ***NOT RECOMMENDED*** roll it up in a ball and keep it that way for years without it losing it\'s shape or breaking down at all. A head form is a great thing to have to display the mask, mine is always on the one I made, but it isn\'t needed for shape keeping, so in the interim it can lay flat, or do just like "whitey"h said, stuff it with bags, and pop it in a box. Yep, baby powder, or starch on the inside wiped around with your hand will take away that wanting to stick to itself, don\'t need much, just enough for a light dusting inside.
