i got a trojen adn i deleted it cause it couldnt be cleaned and this monring there were 3 more to pop up..i may need to delete my hard drive and reformate but im nto sure how to do it any help or advice would be great post here instructions or email me at theshape04@aol.com so i can print them out and get started..also how do i backup all my files like my fav list on aol and other things i know i can put pics and songs on a cd but what about the other crap
